Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of PuliRoll. By creating an organizer account or by joining an event as a guest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Operator legal information
PuliRoll is operated by Eduardo Morel, an individual, Cédula de Identidad (CI) 2695031. The operator's details match those registered with the payment service providers used on the platform.
The service
PuliRoll provides tools for organizers to run time-boxed, access-controlled event photo pools and for guests to upload and view media within those pools. Features, limits, and pricing tiers may evolve; significant changes affecting active events will be communicated to organizers in advance.
Accounts and eligibility
Organizer accounts are for individuals who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction, or for legal entities acting through an authorized representative. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Guests do not need to register to participate but must comply with these Terms when using the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload. You grant PuliRoll a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, transcode, and display your content solely as needed to operate the service for you and the participants of your event. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for residual copies in routine backups that age out under our retention schedule. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload the content and to share it with the other participants of the event.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for the events they create on PuliRoll, including informing their guests that photos will be shared in a private event pool, obtaining any consents required by local law (for example for minors or for identifiable individuals), and complying with applicable privacy and image-rights rules. Where data protection laws apply to the event, the organizer acts as the controller of guest content and PuliRoll acts as the processor under the organizer's instructions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use PuliRoll to upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, defamatory, or that violates the privacy or rights of others; not to attempt to bypass access controls, capacity limits, or rate limits; not to interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the service; and not to use the service to send malware, spam, or unsolicited advertising. We may suspend or remove access and content where we reasonably consider it necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with the law.
Plans and payment
Some features require a paid plan. Prices, included quotas, and any taxes apply as displayed at checkout. Charges are payable in advance for the period or event you purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable once the event window has begun.
Disclaimers
PuliRoll is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of content that is important to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PuliRoll and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to PuliRoll for the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty euros (EUR 50) if you have not paid us anything in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Suspension and termination
You may stop using PuliRoll at any time and may delete your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service if you breach these Terms, if continued operation would expose us or other users to significant risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as content licences for already-distributed copies, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-resolution rules — will survive.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the PuliRoll operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date above and notify organizers through reasonable means (for example, in-product notice or email). Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
